We’re sure you’ll love your KxStand like all the others before you, in fact: to date we have zero returns... amazing for such a new and unique product! In case you’re nuts and don’t love your KxStand for any reason, here’s what to do: (By the way, this doesn’t apply to customers outside the US and CANADA, call or E-Mail us for details on our of country warranty/return.)
1. You have seven days after your shipment arrives. Call or E-mail us, tell us what’s wrong, if we can’t fix it, or satisfy you somehow, we’ll issue you an RMA number.
2. You have to send your NEW CONDITION, UNGLUED KxStand back to us at the address we provide. You have to mail this at YOUR EXPENSE (c’mon, that’s the only risk you take), and we suggest you send it insured. (we can’t be responsible for “lost” packages. Put your RMA number on the package, and inside.
3. Once we get it, and inspect that it’s in good condition, we will issue a refund notice to you. It may take up to 30 days to receive credit on your credit card, or whatever other means you and “we” arrange. You’ll receive the amount back for your purchase LESS THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGE! (sorry, we can’t refund shipping)
